TrustPilot
TrustPilot is review platform used by many businesses to collect reviews. We have recently started using TrustPilot for customers who are more familiar with this platform. Please note: TrustPilot has a very peculiar way of taking an ‘average’ – if you have less than a certain number of reviews, it will show your average as below 5* even if you only have 5* reviews, so please take the overview with a pinch of salt 🧂
